Our beef comes to us from the Simply Grazin' Organic farm in Skillman, NJ. Owners Mark and Lynne Faille raise their animals on 220 acres of green pasture, where the cattle roam and graze in a peaceful, stress-free environment.
When the animals are full grown, they're brought to Bringhurst Meats, a family-owned and certified organic butcher, who follow Animal Welfare Approved's strict standards for humane processing.
Once a week, fresh beef is delivered to our kitchen, where we break the cuts down to size and trim the fat from each and every slice of jerky to ensure the leanest possible product.
